Shipping and orders

​All our pieces are handcrafted by our artisans. We work on an order basis and do not maintain an inventory. Orders may take up to 7-10 days to dispatch. Any custom orders may take longer – all the details will be shared while you place the order. 

Shipping charges

Domestic Shipping – We provide free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above INR 10,000. Items under special prices are subject to shipping charges. Our prices are not inclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated while checkout – according to the weight of the item(s) and place of delivery.

International Shipping – We offer global shipping services and kindly ask you to contact us for information on international shipping. We will promptly provide you with a quotation for the shipping cost, which will be added to your order total based on factors like weight and destination.

We do not assume responsibility for any delays, customs procedures, or duties associated with your shipment. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your local government’s regulations and policies.

Delivery time

Domestic deliveries – Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to  7-8 working days. An estimated delivery date for the same will be shared.

International deliveries – We will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped. Any delays during customs clearance are beyond our control and we cannot take responsibility for them.
